Fully titled The Wiz: The Super Soul Musical Wonderful Wizard of Oz, the musical tells the story of Dorothy Gale and her dog, Toto, who are magically transported to the magical land of Oz after getting caught in a colorful tornado of ballet dancers. Her houses violent landing kills the Wicked Witch of the East, which triggers a celebration among the Munchkins and the other inhabitants of Oz.
