Grosh Backdrops & Drapery offers several delivery and return options (both will call and FedEx ground or express delivery) that you should get familiar with before placing your first order.
If you live out of California, Indiana, or even out of the USA, you can place your orders online and we will ship rented items to your address. To return those items, all you need to do is follow this tutorial which will lead you through all of the necessary steps that you should take to get it safely back to the Grosh warehouse.
But if you live in California or you wish to personally pick up your items, no matter where you live, we offer a will call pickup and return options.
How to Find Grosh California Warehouse
Once you have placed your order, you are free to come to our California warehouse and pick up the item or items yourself. Our address is 8050 San Fernando Road in Sun Valley, but mind that you won’t be able to enter through the front entrance. The customer pick up and return is through the back warehouse.
So what you need to do is just drive right next to our front entrance and then make a left onto Clybourn Street, around the building. On your left, you should be able to see our gates and logo, take a turn there, enter the gate, and park near the warehouse entrance.
Keep in mind that the working hours for our California warehouse are from 7:30 AM to 3 PM, so please make sure you pick up or return an item at least half an hour before closing.
Will Call Pick Up and Return Procedure
Once you’ve parked, just grab your backdrop or backdrops that you need to return, or if you are here for pick up, just head into the warehouse through the warehouse door.
Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by one of our warehouse guys. Let them know why are you here. If you came to pick up an order, make sure you have your order numbers on you. And if you are dropping an item, they will be the ones to take it over. In any case, they will be happy to help you out.
