Where Is the California Warehouse Located
Our California warehouse is located at 8050 San Fernando Rd., Sun Valley, CA 91352.
The working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM PST. If you are visiting us to pick up or drop off the piece you ordered, please make sure to arrive at least half an hour before closing.
How to Spot the Warehouse
If you are looking for our California warehouse because you need customer support, or have scheduled a pick up or drop off date, just drive to the address from the previous section.
Once you reach the exact location, look for a building that looks like the one in the image below.
Once you recognize the building, you need to drive past it, then around the street, and find the back entrance.

Inside the California Warehouse
Our California warehouse is a place where we primarily store a good part of our inventory. These items are available to rent, and, as mentioned, you can pick them up at the facility.
This is also the place where we inspect our items and prepare them for shipping or pickup.
We keep everything in neat order, so we can ship the backdrops or drops you ordered exactly when you need them.
California Pick Up and Return Procedure
If you live close to our California warehouse, and you want to pick up or drop off the items you rented yourself, you can do it by ordering an item online and choosing an in-person pick-up option.
