How to Order Grosh Backdrops Online?
To order a Grosh backdrop online, all you need to do is follow our simple instructions, and the backdrops you need will be delivered to your address exactly when you need them.
What you need to do is go on to www.grosh.com, and enter your dates and your ZIP code. With your dates, you want to enter the date you want it delivered and the date you want to return it. We never recommend having them delivered on a Friday, just in case there are any delays.
Once you have entered your dates, you can go ahead and search for the backdrops you want. You can do this in several ways. You can search it by show, you can search it by theme, or just search on the search bar with a keyword like ‘forest.
Once you have done this, you can go ahead and find the drop. Once you’ve found your drops, go ahead and add them to your cart, and then once you’ve found everything you need to make the perfect show, go ahead and check out.
Once you check out, it will help you set up an account, it is quite easy. A few questions are asked, and then you are able to actually input your credit card right there. Your credit card will ask for a deposit, you can pay the rest two weeks prior to shipment, or you will have the option to pay in full.

If you are a school, we do accept purchase orders, so you can hit the purchase order button, upload a purchase order, or just get it printed so you can access the purchase order down in the line.

How to Track Your Order?
From years of experience and active communication with our clients, Grosh realized how important it is to keep an entire shipping process as transparent as possible. It helps clients to stay organized and to plan ahead and gives us more control over the transportation process.
That is why our website features an option where you can easily track your order.
To track your order, make sure you are on our website: www.grosh.com.
Navigate down to Resources at the bottom of the Grosh main webpage, and click on Track Your Order.
Enter your six-digit order number where it says order number, and click on track. You will then be brought to the new webpage that details all of your tracking information.
How to Get the Best Shipping Rates?
As we have all seen, shipping rates have gone way up, but there are ways to save on your shipping with Grosh.
How do you do this? We have two warehouses, we have one in Indiana, and we have one in California. So when you are shopping for backdrops, you want to find the location that is closest to you.
If you are in California, you are going to look for SKU numbers that start with an S. If you are in Indiana, close to our Indiana warehouse, you want to find backdrops that start with an ES, E as in Edward, and S as in Sam.
Once you have located those, you can load them into your cart and you will get an estimate on the shipping cost. There are few states that are in a three-day range.
