Clamps are a valuable tool that our customers can use to properly hang a backdrop and enhance their show.

We recommend using rubber tip clamps to not damage the paint on a backdrop.

How to Use Rubber Tip Clamps

Rubber tip clamps are one of the best tools you can use to hang or adjust the size of a backdrop.

They provide great support to the backdrop weight, holding the top of the backdrop tightly in place, while not causing any damage to the paint.

You can use them to adjust the size of the backdrop or when adjusting the length of the backdrop.

Here are some common uses for clamps.

Hanging a Backdrop with Rubber Tip Clamps

Place a clamp about a foot apart to line up with the grommet holes across the top of your backdrop.

This will help you secure the drop to the fly bar so the tie lines can be tied easily before raising a drop.

Adjusting the Size of the Backdrop with Rubber Tip Clamps

If a drop needs to be shortened on the sides, fold the drop on each side and secure the clamps.
